New Features Included for All Subscribers Set Key Dates for multiple bookings Vessel Schedules for Non-PortConnect Partner Ports Colour-Coded Updates Key Benefits and Features Include: Seamless Vessel and Voyage Linking: Automatically link booking details to PortConnect schedules, updating critical fields like Receival cut-off, ETA and ATA for optimal planning. For non-PortConnect ports, you can easily add custom vessel information and cut-off times, with updates flowing to all linked bookings. Please note that a PortConnect Account is not required for this feature. Flexible Control and Customisation: Configure PortConnect subscriptions by default but then manage them manually within each booking. Manual entries remain editable, providing users full control over changes. Efficient Partner Port Integrations: Subscriptions trigger automatic booking field updates for both exports and imports at PortConnect partner ports. Each import container typically generates one API call ($0.05 per call) and three events ($0.20 per event), and additional inland events are billed by PortConnect (currently $0.20 each)—billed directly by PortConnect to your account. Optional Gate-in Event Tracking: Select specific gate-in events for PortConnect partner ports and parks, with a fee of $0.20 per event, charged directly to your PortConnect account. Optional EDI and Customer Portal Integration: Automatically subscribe valid PortConnect container numbers from customer integrations for seamless data auto-population and event updates, simplifying workflows for your customers. Real-Time Updates: To use this powerful feature, you’ll need an active PortConnect account, and for $100/month base plus $0.50 per booking*, you’ll have the ultimate solution for real-time, efficient container tracking that’s easy to manage and tailor to your unique needs. |
